Application-level submissions - Tera Contracted Supplier API

An application-level submission uses the fuller Phase A contract. After commercial acceptance, Tera creates at most one Application and then exposes application_reference (the Case Reference). Requires supplier_submissions:create:application. Do not send Ali Phase B fields. marketing: false is a valid submission.

business_structure, business_sector, trading_duration, annual_turnover_range
funding_timeframe and preferred_contact_method
privacy_information and contact_expectation evidence

company_number for limited companies and LLPs
