Contact corrections - Tera Contracted Supplier API

Use contact correction when the applicant’s working name, telephone, email, or preferred contact method was captured incorrectly. Requires supplier_submissions:correct. The original submitted payload stays immutable. Only the working snapshot changes.

Allowed when

level is basic
The submission is not duplicate_not_accepted, rejected, or closed
Promotion has not started
Tera has not recorded a successful first contact

Correctable fields

first_name, last_name, telephone, email, preferred_contact_method. You cannot change external_reference, level, funding amount, purpose, or commercial outcome through this operation.

After an Application exists, field changes use Tera’s Application amendment path, not this endpoint.
