Basic submissions - Tera Contracted Supplier API

A basic submission is commercially accepted into human qualification only. Tera does not mint a Case Reference or create an Application until an explicit promotion. Requires supplier_submissions:create:basic.

funding_amount (integer GBP, £1,000–£10,000,000)
funding_purpose (and funding_purpose_detail when purpose is other)

Email, company number, sector, and notes are optional at this level.

Acknowledgements

HTTP	Meaning
202	New validated body persisted. `status` is `received`.
200	Identical replay of the same `external_reference` and body.

received is a technical acknowledgement. It is never billable. Unknown fields are rejected. Do not send broker notes, HubSpot ids, or an environment override.
